    As a person with mixed ethnicities, I find it important to highlight my mixture. What's my special sauce. I couldn't tell you if I tried. And if you get to know me more. You'll soon learn that I am a mixing pot of everything that I've been exposed to in my life. So, when I speak about culture, I don't do it lightly. Nor do I like in culture to a trend. As those two seem to be more often confused by one or the other. Then defined on a separate plane from each other. So, when I speak about culture I'll be speaking about my own personal culture. And I'll be speaking about all the cultures that I've been exposed to in the duration of my life. I am a 40-year-old woman mother of five and grandmother to 1. The bulk of my traveling out of this beautiful turtle island. Was done in my youth. As a child without my consent. The bulk of my traveling in this country began from my adolescence and continues to this day. But being indigenous sometimes means you don't have to go to the culture. The culture comes to you sometimes . So, I hope to share that with you in the best way possible, in that best good way.
